Sunroof / Moonroof: Description and Operation

Battery voltage is applied through the SUNROOF Fuse to the SUNROOF SWITCH whenever the ignition switch is in the "ON" position. When the SUNROOF SWITCH is pressed to the "OPEN" position, Battery voltage is applied through the OPEN contacts of the SUNROOF SWITCH to the SUNROOF MOTOR. The SUNROOF MOTOR is provided a ground through the SUNROOF SWITCH and JUNCTION BLOCK 1 at G200. When the SUNROOF SWITCH is pressed to the "CLOSE" position, the polarity of the circuit is reversed. Since the motor is the permanent magnet type, the motor runs in the opposite direction and closes the SUNROOF.
