Headlamp: Description and Operation
The HEAD Relay in JUNCTION BLOCK 2 receives Battery voltage at all times. When the LIGHT/
TURN SIGNAL SWITCH is moved to the HEAD position, the coil of the HEAD Relay is grounded through the LIGHT/TURN SIGNAL SWITCH to G200. When the ground is provided, the HEAD Relay is energized, its contacts are pulled closed and Battery voltage is applied through the (LH) and (RH) HEAD Fuses to the LH and RH HEADLAMPS. High and low-beam selection is provided by grounding the high and low-beam filaments separately through the LIGHT/TURN SIGNAL SWITCH.
