Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Check both the LH and RH Headlamp Fuses with a fuse tester.

2. Check that the Head Relay is mounted securely in JUNCTION BLOCK 2.

3. Check that grounds G200 and G202 are clean and tight.

4. Check HEADLAMP bulbs.

5. If one HEADLAMP is inoperative in HIGH and LOW, check for an open in RED/BLK or RED/BLU wire between JUNCTION BLOCK 2 and HEADLAMP.

6. If one HEADLAMP is inoperative in LOW, repair open in RED/GRN wire between S143 and HEADLAMP.

7. If one HEADLAMP is inoperative in HIGH, repair open in RED/YEL wire between S144 and HEADLAMP.
