Turn Signals: Testing and Inspection

1. For lamps that will not light.


^ Check the Haz-Horn Fuse, Stop Fuse, Tail Fuse, and Turn Fuse with a fuse tester.

^ Check the ground wires of the affected lamps for opens.

^ Check that the TURN SIGNAL FLASHER is securely mounted into its cavities.

2. For lamps that remain lit.


^ Check the wire to the connector of the affected lamp for a short to voltage.


^ Check that the TURN SIGNAL FLASHER is not stuck closed.


3. Check that grounds G102, G103, G200 and G408 are clean and tight.
