SERVICE UPDATE

This service bulletin replaces Figure 79 in Engine Mechanical - 1.6L L4 VIN Code 6 (Section 6A1) of the 1993 Geo Prizm Service Manual (ST373-93).





When installing the main bearing caps, tighten the main cap bolts, in three passes and following the sequence illustrated in Figure 1, to 60 N-m (44 Lb.Ft.).
