Headlamp: Description and Operation

CIRCUIT OPERATION
The headlamps receive battery voltage at all times through the H/L left hand and H/L right hand fuses. When the light switch is in the head position, the headlamps are grounded through the junction block, dimmer switch and the light switch to ground G203. High and low-beam operation is provided by grounding the high and low-beam filaments separately through the junction block, dimmer switch, and the light switch to ground G203. When the dimmer switch is placed in the pass position, the high-beams are grounded through the dimmer switch to ground G203.
