DISASSEMBLE
NOTE: Place match marks on all components before removal from shaft.
1. Remove large band from boot Fig. 12 , then pull boot back from joint.
2. Slide outer housing from tripot spider.
3. Remove spider retaining snap ring from shaft, then the spider.
4. Remove small band from boot, then the boot from shaft.


ASSEMBLE
1. Clean components thoroughly, then lubricate with 2.8-3.5 oz. of suitable joint grease.
2. Ensure match marks are aligned.
3. Install boot with small clamp to shaft.
4. Install spider, then the snap ring.
5. Install outer housing, then the boot to outer housing
6. Ensure boot is not stretched, collapsed, twisted or kinked when tightening boot bands.
