Low Operation

With the Windshield Wiper/Washer Switch in the "LO" position, batters voltage is applied through the WIP Fuse and the closed "LO" contacts of the Windshield Wiper/Washer Switch to the LOW side of the Windshield Wiper Motor. Since the Windshield Wiper Motor is permanently grounded at G102, the motor operates at low speed as long as the switch remains in this position.
