Troubleshooting Hints - Gauges and Warning Indicators

PERFORM BEFORE BEGINNING SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS
1. Check IG-COIL Fuse.
2. Check that G105 and G400 are clean and tight.
3. Check that engine coolant level is adequate for Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Gage operation. Refer to Checking Engine Coolant Level (ECL) in Cooling and Radiator. Radiator Cooling Fan Motor
4. Check for an open or shorted filament in inoperative bulbs.
5. Before component replacement, check for poor connections at related component and in-line harness connector terminal connections.
