Component Tests and General Diagnostics

1. Run the engine at normal idle with the transaxle in neutral and the clutch disengaged.
2. Engage the clutch, wait approximately nine seconds and shift the transaxle into reverse.
3. If a grinding noise is heard, check the clutch for disengagement.
