Illumination Controller

The intensity of the instrument panel and instrument panel cluster assembly lamps is controlled by an illumination controller located on the left side of the instrument panel. The parking lamps or headlamps must be activated for the instrument panel and instrument panel cluster assembly lamps to be illuminated. When the parking lamps or headlamps are activated, rotating the illumination controller counterclockwise will increase the instrument panel cluster assembly, rear defogger switch, heater control unit, ashtray and cigar lighter lamps illumination. Illumination of the radio display will revert from 100% to the setting of the illumination controller. Rotating the illumination controller clockwise will dim the above mentioned lamps.
