Wiper Arm: Service and Repair

Remove or Disconnect

IMPORTANT
^ Before removing the wiper arm, note its location for proper installation. For ease in installation, wipers should be in park position before removing wiper arm.

1. Remove plastic nut cover on end of wiper arm.
2. One nut and wiper arm from wiper linkage.

Install or Connect
1. Wiper arm to wiper linkage; secure with one nut.

Tighten
^ Wiper arm nut to 20 N.m (15 lb.ft.).

2. Reinstall plastic nut cover on wiper arm.
