PROBLEM
Driving on rough roads may cause closed windows to open slightly.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Install new shaft and drum in the window regulator and replace the window channel with the updated type.
1. Remove the window regulator
2. Using the window crank, position the regulator's carrier plate in the fully up position.
Housing Cover:
3. Remove the three bolts holding the regulator housing cover, then bend back the tabs and remove the cover.
Regulator Shaft and Outer Drum:
4. Replace the regulator shaft and outer drum with the improved parts. Lubricate the drum before installation with Honda White Lithium Grease (H/C 1385780).
