DON'T TOUCH THE LAMBDA LINKAGE SCREW
When making carburetor adjustments, do not touch the lambda linkage screw (located under the float level sight glass, slightly in toward the base of the carburetor). The lambda linkage screw can be mistaken for the fast idle screw or idle boost screw.
CAUTION:
The lambda linkage screw must never, under any circumstances, be adjusted. If its factory set position is changed, the primary and auxiliary throttle plates will be out of synchronization and can not be resynchronized in the field; the carburetor then will not function properly.
If you have any questions regarding the lambda linkage, call the Emission Tech Line.
