PROCEDURES
1. Check for applicable Technical Service Bulletins (TSB).
2. Perform Initial Test Drive and Diagnosis By Symptom.
Testing and Inspection
3. Begin repairs, lift and support rear of vehicle, remove rear wheels.
4. Remove caliper assembly.
5. Inspect brake linings and caliper assembly.
6. Rebuild or replace caliper assembly if necessary.
7. Inspect brake rotor/hub assembly, replace or resurface if necessary.
8. Remove and Install brake rotor/hub assembly.
9. Install new brake-pads and caliper assembly.
- Install new pads.
- Install caliper assembly.
10. Perform Brake Bleeding procedure.
11. Install tire and wheel assembly.
12. Perform After Repairs Test Drive.
