With the A/C on.

[1] There is no idle controller on automatic transmission cars without air conditioner and power steering.

[2] On 1300 and 1500 manual transmission cars, check the idle speed with the headlights on and the heater blower set to "III".

[3] On 1500 automatic transmission cars with power steering, check the idle speed while turning the steering wheel.
