Prior to troubleshooting the speed control system, check No. 1 (10A) and No. 14 (10A) fuses in the fuse box and the No. 35 (20A) fuse in the relay box. If fuses are operating, ensure horn sounds properly. then refer to Fig. 5 for troubleshooting sequence.
