Removing the seat belt beeper/reminder tight cover from an '88-90 Prelude without breaking it is tricky, but it can be done.





Slowly, gently pull the ftont of the cover away from the windshield, then down, while holding the rear edge up against the light assembly. (If the rear edge comes down when you pull the front edge down, the rear clips will break.) Once the front clips are released, slide the cover toward the windshield to release the rear clips.
