Rattle From the Glove Box Door

SYMPTOM
A rattle from the glove box door when driving on rough or bumpy roads.

PROBABLE CAUSE
The glove box door does not close securely.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace the glove box door rubber stops.

REPAIR PROCEDURE





1. Remove and discard the two glove box door rubber stops.

2. Install the new rubber stops.

3. Open and close the glove box door several times to make sure it closes securely.
