Radiator Cooling Fan Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

Radiator Fan Switch Replacement
1. Remove the under-cover, then remove the splash shield.
2. Drain the engine coolant.





3. Disconnect the radiator fan switch connector, then remove the radiator fan switch (A).
4. Install the radiator fan switch with a new O-ring (B).
5. Clean up any spilled engine coolant.
6. Refill the radiator with engine coolant, and bleed air from the cooling system with the heater valve open.
7. Install the splash shield, then install the undercover.
