Brake Pedal Assy: Service and Repair

Brake Pedal Replacement
1. Remove the lock pin (A) and joint pin (B).





2. Remove the brake pedal bracket support member (C).
3. Disconnect idle stop switch connector (D).
4. Disconnect brake pedal position switch connector (E).
5. Remove the mounting nuts (F), then remove the brake pedal with bracket (G).
6. Install the brake pedal bracket in the reverse order of removal.
7. Do the brake pedal and brake pedal position switch/idle stop switch adjustment.
