Roof Molding Is Stained
SYMPTOM
The roof molding looks white or grey, or it may have lost its gloss in some areas.
PROBABLE CAUSE
A commercially available cleaner has discolored the roof molding.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Install new roof molding.

REPAIR PROCEDURE
NOTE:
^ Put on gloves to protect your hands.
^ Do not bend the new roof molding.
^ Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when prying off the molding.
^ Do not use any metallic tools to remove the roof molding; you may chip or crack the windshield.
^ Take care to not scratch the body.
Replace the roof molding:
^ Refer to page 20-232 of the 2006-2007 Civic Service Manual, or
^ Online, enter keyword MOLD and select Roof Molding Replacement from the list.
