Set speed does not cancel when the cancel button is pressed

Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Check for PGM-FI DTCs. Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

2. Do the cruise control combination switch test. Cruise Control Combination Switch Test (With Cruise Control)

3. Do the cruise control input test. Component Tests and General Diagnostics Test the cruise control cancel switch signal input.

Also check for:

- Open circuit, loose or disconnected terminals: YEL/RED, RED or LT GRN/BLK, BLU wire
