Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Check and/or replace the MTF. MTF Inspection and Replacement

2. Check the clutch. Service and Repair

3. Check the change lever assembly. M/T Change Lever Assembly Disassembly/Reassembly

4. Check the 1st synchro ring and 1st gear. Synchro Ring and Gear Inspection

5. Check the 1st/2nd synchro sleeve and hub. Synchro Sleeve and Hub Inspection and Reassembly
