Headlight Replacement

CAUTION
Headlights become very hot during use; do not touch them or any attaching hardware immediately after they have been turned off.

1. Remove the front bumper '00-03 models; '04-09 models; Front Bumper Removal/Installation (Except CR model) CR model. Front Bumper Removal/Installation (CR model)

2. Remove the front part of the inner fender as necessary. Inner Fender Replacement

3. Disconnect the connectors (A) from the headlights.

4. Remove the four bolts, then remove the corner upper beam (B).





5. Remove the four bolts, then remove the headlight assembly.

6. Install the headlight in the reverse order of removal.

7. After replacement, adjust the headlights to local requirements. Adjustments
