2006-09 Civic Hybrid, 2010 Insight: New DTCs U0301, U0302, and U0312

Three DTCs have been added for 2006-09 Civic Hybrids and 2010 Insights. These DTCs are not yet listed in the service manual, and their descriptions are not in the HDS.*
Here are the new DTCs (SAE and Honda codes), their SAE descriptions, and their causes:
*On 2006-09 Civic Hybrids and 2010 Insights, the latest software version for the PGM-FI, CVT, and IMA battery systems requires that all systems have the most recent software updates. Because of this, updating one system causes one or more other systems to set a DTC when you turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0) and then to ON (II). The DTC(s) cannot be cleared until all the systems are updated.*
Update all systems as needed, turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0) and then to ON (II), then clear all DTCs with the HDS.

After updating all systems, do the idle learn procedure, the CKP pattern clear/learn procedure, and the start clutch calibration.*
