Do the clutch pedal position switch test Clutch Pedal Position Switch Test (With Cruise Control (M/T)).

Do the cruise control input test Component Tests and General Diagnostics.
Test the clutch pedal position switch signal input.

Check for PGM-FI DTCs Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview.
