Light switch turned on, the cruise control combination switch illumination does not come on

Check the No.29 (10 A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box.

Do the cruise control combination switch test Testing and Inspection.

Also check for

Open circuit, loose or disconnected terminals: GRY, RED/BLK, GRN, and RED wire
