A/C Condenser Fan Runs With Ignition Switch In On (II) and Coolant Temperature Below 194 F (90 C)

The A/C condenser fan runs with the ignition switch in ON (II) and the engine coolant temperature below 194 °F (90 °C) (with A/C)

Remove the A/C condenser fan relay.

Also check for

Check the connectors are properly connected and the terminals are making good contact.
