Rear Side Door Window Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement) .
2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement (Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement) .




3. Remove the run channel. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Channel Replacement (Rear Side Door Window Channel Replacement) .
4. Remove the stabilizer. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Stabilizer Replacement (Rear Side Door Window Stabilizer Replacement) .
5. Remove the outer sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement (Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement) .
6. Loosen the clamps (1) securing the glass to the window module.
7. Remove the window through the opening at the bottom of the window frame.



Installation Procedure





1. Slide the window through the opening at the bottom of the window frame into position in the window clamps (1).
2. Install the sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement (Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement) .

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the run channel. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Channel Replacement (Rear Side Door Window Channel Replacement) .

Tighten the clamps to 9 Nm (6 lb ft).

4. Install the stabilizer. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Stabilizer Replacement (Rear Side Door Window Stabilizer Replacement) .
5. Operate the window to ensure proper operation.
6. Install the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement (Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement) .
7. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement) .
