1. Remove steering wheel.
2. Remove two steering column under shroud screws, then the steering column under shroud, Fig. 1.
3. Remove four steering column shroud retaining screws, then the steering column upper and lower shroud, Fig. 2.
4. Remove three lower dash pad screw covers, two hood release handle mounting screws, then the left side lower dash pad and disconnect electrical connector.
5. Remove the main console and supplement console, Fig. 3.
6. Remove glove box, cigar lighter and ash tray.
7. Remove main lower dash panel and disconnect the electrical connector, Fig. 4.
8. Disconnect dash panel electrical connector from main wiring harness.
9. Remove cluster housing assembly, then disconnect the switch connector and remove illumination lamps, Fig. 5.
10. Remove cluster assembly, then disconnect speedometer cable and instrument wiring electrical connector.
11. Remove radio and cassette player, then disconnect heater control wire from the heater and blower unit, Fig. 6.
12. Remove two dash panel mounting bolts at heater bracket, three upper dash panel hole covers, three dash panel retaining screws and the upper dash panel.
13. Remove right side defroster hose, air vent hose, side air vent louver duct, then the left side defroster nozzle and side air vent louver nozzle, Fig. 7.
14. Remove dash panel upper cover, defroster nozzle and disconnect heater connection.
15. Remove center air vent louver duct, cluster gauge mounting bracket, dash panel cross member assembly and dash pad support bracket.
16. Reverse procedure to install, ensuring all electrical connectors are securely connected.
