Rear Suspension Assembly:

INSTALLATION

Brake Line And Mounting Bolts:

1. Tighten the fixture attaching bolts to the specified torque.

Torque
98 - 108 ft.lbs (130 - 150 Nm.)

Coil Spring Identification Marks:

2. Install the coil springs.
3. Loosely install the shock absorbers.
4. Install the rear brake assembly. Refer to BRAKES
5. Install the wheels and tires.
6. Lower the vehicle and torque the shock absorber and suspension arm bolts and nuts to specification.

Shock Absorber Torque
47 - 58 ft.lbs (65 - 80 Nm.)
Suspension Arm Nut Torque
36 - 51 ft.lbs (50 - 70 Nm.)

7. Bleed the brakes. Refer to BRAKES
8. Adjust rear brake shoe clearance. Refer to BRAKES
