1. Raise and support front of, vehicle, then remove wheel and tire assembly.
2. Using tie rod end puller 09568-31000 or equivalent, separate tie rod end from steering knuckle.
3. On Excel and Scoupe models, remove rear roll stopper mounting bolt and rear roll bracket mounting bolt. Pull rear roll bracket assembly forward. Do not disconnect center member assembly.
4. On all models, loosen stabilizer link bolt and nut, then disconnect stabilizer bar from lower control arm, Figs. 8 and 9.
5. Loosen stabilizer bar mounting bolts through access holes provided in body.
6. Remove stabilizer bar through access opening.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
