Installation

1. Install upper universal joint and assembly into vehicle. Torque universal joint to 11-14 ft. lbs.
2. Align universal joint to steering gear and column shaft, then temporarily tighten.
3. Mount steering column shaft to mounting frame.
4. Torque universal joint to gearbox to 11-14 ft. lbs.
5. Install remaining parts in reverse order of removal.
