ECM EPROM Replacement: Overview

Some 1993 and 1994 Scoupes may set a check engine light with no fault code stored. To correct this condition the EPROM must be replaced inside the Engine Control Module. Below are the instructions for replacing the EPROM in the Naturally Aspirated and Turbocharged models. Some California specification vehicles may now be operated in federal areas. These vehicles can be identified by their underhood emission sticker and require the appropriate California specification EPROM (refer to the parts information chart).
