With terminal 4 connected to 3 volt positive and terminal 1 grounded:
between terminal 1 and terminal 3 Continuity

With terminal 4 NOT connected to 3 volt positive and terminal 1 grounded:
between terminal 1 and terminal 3 NO continuity
