MISTING FROM VENTS WITH AIR CONDITIONING OPERATING

CONDITION:

In some high humidity areas, misting may appear from the air vents when the A/C is operating.

CORRECTION:





This mist is a normal condition when A/C is operated in areas of high humidity. The mist is water vapor and poses no health risks to the vehicle occupants. To minimize the misting, select the air recirc button to limit the amount of moisture laden ambient air entering the passenger compartment. If misting continues, slightly warm the air turning the temperature control knob clockwise. It is possible and considered normal if misting still occurs after making these adjustments.
