DESCRIPTION:

The 1995 Accent Shop Manual, Volume 1 contains an error in the Automatic Transaxle section, "Valve Body Assembly Torque Specification". The correct torque for the valve body is shown below:

4. Install the reducing spring, adjustment screw, end cover and tighten the bolts to the specified torque.

Tightening torque: 4-6 Nm (40-60 kg.cm., 3-4 lb. ft.)

Please make the above correction in your shop manual and write this TSB number in the revision box on page 45-118.
