Tighten/Torque
    Suspension
      Check and tighten suspension mounting bolts as necessary.
Inspect
    Steering
      Inspect steering gear box for wear, damage and leaks. Check linkages and boots for wear and damage.
    Power Steering Pump
      Inspect power steering pump and belt at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever occurs first.
    Power Steering Line/Hose
      Inspect power steering hoses and lines for leaks or damage at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever comes first.
    Parking Brake System
      Check parking brake adjustment and holding power.
    Hose/Line HVAC
      Inspect the air conditioning lines and connections for leakage and damage at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever occurs first.
    Heating and Air Conditioning
      Inspect air conditioning operation and performance at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever occurs first.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Inspect fuel lines, hoses and connections. Check for leaks and damage. Check tightness of fuel clamps, retighten if needed.
    Fuel Filler Cap
      Check gasket for damage. Inspect filler neck for damage.
    Fluid - M/T
    Exhaust System
      Check pipes and muffler for cracks, corrosion and leakage. Check heat shields for debris. Check system mounting.
    Evaporative Emissions System
      Inspect vapor hoses for damage, leaks or restriction.
    Drum Brake System
      Check drums and linings for wear. Check for leakage or damage.
    Drive Axles, Bearings and Joints
      Check the drive shafts, boots and clamps for cracks, deterioration, or damage. Replace any damaged parts and, if necessary, repack the grease.
    Disc Brake System
      Check pads for wear. Inspect calipers for damage, corrosion or leaks. Inspect rotors for wear and warpage.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Inspect for damage, leaks and deterioration.
Replace
    Timing Belt
      Replace timing belt. Inspect related components and replace any found to be faulty.
    Spark Plug
      Replace with correct type and gap according to manufacturers specification. More frequent service may be required if idled extensively or towing a trailer.
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Replace engine oil filter at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
    Fluid - A/T
      Replace fluid and filter. Check for leaks.
    Engine Oil
      Replace engine oil at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
    Drive Belt
      Replace belts. Check for proper tension.
    Coolant
      Flush system, replace coolant. Check specific gravity for freezing point.
    Brake Fluid
    Air Filter Element
      Extremely dusty or sandy conditions may require more frequent service of this component.
Rotate
    Tires
      Inspect for damage, proper inflation and uneven wear. Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
