Inspect/Adjust
    Drive Belt
      Inspect all drive belts for evidence of cuts, cracks excessive wear or oil and replace if necessary. Drive belts should be checked periodically for proper tension and adjusted as necessary.

    Refrigerant
      Check the air conditioning lines and connections for leakage and damage. Check air conditioning performance according to the relevant shop manual if necessary.
    Heating and Air Conditioning
      Check A/C operation and performance.
Tighten/Torque
    Suspension
      Check and retighten mounting bolts if necessary. Check ball joints for wear.
Inspect
    Timing Belt
      Inspect all parts related to the timing belt for damage and deformation. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
    Power Steering Pump
      Inspect power steering pump and belt at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever occurs first.
    Power Steering
      Check the power steering pump and hoses for leakage and damage. Replace any damaged or leaking parts immediately. Inspect the power steering belt for evidence of cuts, cracks, excessive wear, oiliness and proper tension. Replace or adjust it if necessary.
    Parking Brake System
      Inspect the parking brake system including the parking brake lever and cables. Check holding power.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Inspect fuel lines, hoses and connections. Check for leaks and damage. Check tightness of fuel clamps, retighten if needed.
    Fluid - M/T
    Exhaust System
      Visually inspect the exhaust pipes, muffler and hangers for cracks, deterioration, or damage. Start the engine and listen carefully for any exhaust gas leakage. Tighten connections or replace parts as necessary.
    Evaporative Emissions System
      Check vapor hoses and fuel filler cap for damage and deterioration.
    Drum Brake System
      Check the rear brake drums and linings for scoring, burning, leaking fluid, broken parts, and excessive wear. More frequent inspections may be necessary if driven in dusty, sandy or mountainous terrain, or if driven extensively in heavy city traffic.
    Disc Brake System

    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
      Check the drive shafts, boots and clamps for cracks, deterioration, or damage. Replace any damaged parts and, if necessary, repack the grease.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Visually check for proper installation, chafing, cracks, deterioration and any leakage. Replace any deteriorated or damaged parts immediately.
    Brake Fluid
      Check brake fluid level and condition.
Replace
    Spark Plug
      More frequent replacement may be needed if vehicle is run at idle for long periods of time.
    Oil Filter, Engine
    Fluid - A/T
      Replace fluid and filter.
    Engine Oil
    Coolant
    Air Filter Element
      More frequent service may be required if driven in dusty or sandy conditions.

    Tires
      This service is recommended, but not required.
