Courtesy and Trunk Lamps
Battery voltage is applied at all times from fuse 19 to the room lamp, map lamps, door lamps, and trunk lamp. Battery voltage is applied at all times from fuse 20 to the door ajar and trunk ajar warning indicators. When the appropriate switch (see schematic) is closed, a ground path is provided to the respective lamp, causing the lamp to go on.The map lamps are not controlled by a door switch. They are turned on and off manually. The front room lamp can be controlled by the door switches or turned on manually, depending on the position of the front room lamp switch. The front room lamp can also be turned off so that it will not come on with the door opens.
