MODIFIED REPROGRAMMING CONNECTOR - CAMPAIGN C62

Please find enclosed with this TSB a set of three (3) reprogramming adapters. The set consists of one (1) of each of the following adapters:

^ One (1) ten (10) pin white connector adapter

^ One (1) eight (8) pin white connector adapter

^ One (1) two (2) pin white connector adapter

We have established that on some of the EF Sonatas affected by Campaign C62 (2.4L Sonata EF TCM Reprogramming) the ten (10) pin white connector adapter does not allow proper communication between the Hi-Scan Pro and the TCM, and the TCM reprogramming procedure cannot be performed.

Please discard the previously issued set of three (3) white connector adapters, and replace with the enclosed modified versions. For your reference the modified white connector adapters can each be distinguished from the previously issued set by the "TCU" tag that is attached to the wiring on each of the three (3) adapters.

Also, please note that you must retain the previously issued set of red connector adapters for use when performing Campaign C59 (XG300 ECM/TCM Reprogramming).
