Trunk / Liftgate: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION




1. Remove the trunk lid latch and main wiring.




2. Remove the trunk lid hinge mounting bolts and then remove trunk lid.




3. Remove the torsion bar by using the torsion bar wrench (09861 - 22000) as shown in the illustration.
4. Installation is the reverse of removal.
