Disassembly and Reassembly

DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY




1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the vacuum nipple of the vacuum motor.
2. Remove 2 mounting bolts from each of the vacuum motor.
3. Disconnect vacuum motor rod end connections.
4. Remove the vacuum motor.




5. Disconnect the connection at both sides of the heater core cover and remove the cover and the vacuum nipple.
6. Pull out the heater core.




7. Remove eight (8) clips which is holding both cases around the heater unit.
8. Disassemble the heater unit referring to the above components.
9. Reassembly is the reverse order of disassembly.
