1. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF".
3. Select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)" mode and monitor "DTC Status" parameter.
4. Is the DTC B1901 present ?
