1. Check fuel pump relay
(1) IG "OFF"
(2) Disconnect Fuel Pump Relay
(3) Measure resistance between terminal 1 and 2 of Fuel Pump Relay
(4) Measure resistance between terminal 3 and 5 of Fuel Pump Relay

(5) Is the measured resistance within specification ?
