General Description

EHPS system, depending on whether ECS SW configuration of the two kinds of SPORT or NORMAL steering mode can be formed.
However, if there is no signal input EHPS ECS system will be applied to the sports mode.

DTC Description

If the EHPS ECU normally does not receive the CAN Communication signal of ECS more than1 second, it generates a fault code C1698.
