U1501 Wakeup Line Short Circuit To Vcc - Scantool Diagnostics

Monitor Scantool Data

1. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. IG "ON" & Engine "OFF".
3. Select "Ring break diagnosis "in Inspection / Test option and monitor "Test results".
4. Checking the component status by "Wake up line diagnosis".

5. Has a problem been found at wake up line?






Wake up line short circuit to ground inspection

Check wake up line short circuit to ground
1. IG "ON" & ENG "ON".
2. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector (DLC) and select oscilloscope option.
3. Start "Wake up line diagnosis" and measure waveform each wake up line.
4. Disconnected all connect of components and check the status of each wake up line of chassis ground.

Specification : If measured waveform is within specification, its normal.
If measured voltage is "0", Its normal.




5. Has a problem been found at wake up line?
