Service Procedure:





1. Prepare the insulation pads according to the rear seat configuration. (See part information).

(A) Signature Package (5 Pass)





2. (B) Ultimate Package (4 Pass)





3. Open the trunk and locate the weather strip (A) and the two retaining anchors.





4. Lift the weather strip (A) and release the retaining anchor (B) off the upper trim.





5. Remove (2) 10mm bolts (C) from the upper trunk trim hook.





6. Carefully remove the upper trunk trim mounting clips (3EA, D) from the package tray center panel.

8. Remove the remaining 3 clips (D) from the upper package tray using long nose pliers.





9. Attach the insulation pads (4EA) to the package tray center panel as shown in the photo in the following order:





10. Prepare insulation pad (b) according to the rear seat configuration.





11. Locate the position to attach insulation pad (B) to the package tray center panel.





12. Remove the release paper (G) from the insulation pad (b) ends.





13. Tear down the perforated sections of insulation pad b as shown in the photo.





14. Attach insulation pad b to the package tray center panel after removing the release paper as shown in the picture. Press firmly on insulation pad b.





15. Attach insulation pad (b) in front of insulation pad b after removing the release paper. (Ultimate Package Only) - press firmly.





16. Attach insulation pad d parallel with insulation pad b after removing the release paper and press firmly.





17. Attach insulation pad C after removing the release paper and press firmly.





18. (Signature Package Only) Follow steps 14, 16, and 17 to install insulation pads b,d, and c. Install pad (a) as shown in the photo - to the left of pad (d).





19. Cut the butyl tape to approximately 1 .5m (~5ft). Attach the butyl tape to the insulation speaker ring in three layers, enough to cover the entire ring.





20. Cut and remove the butyl tape from the mass damper mounting holes (4EA) with a knife as shown in the picture.





21. Apply LOCTITE to the speaker bolts (A).





22. Install the insulation speaker ring to the rear subwoofer speaker mounting bolts and attach the 4 supplied mounting nuts.





23. Tighten the 4 mounting nuts with the specified tightening torque shown.

Tightening torque: 9.8~11.8 Nm(1~1.2kgf.m, 7.2~8.7 lb-ft)

Reinstall all of the removed components in the reverse order of removal.
