Replacement
Console Assembly Replacement
[ A Type]
NOTE:
- When prying with a flat-up screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1. Remove the knob (A).
2. Using a screwdriver, remove the console upper cover (A).
3. Disconnect the connectors (B).
4. Remove the extension side cover (A).
5. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the console box cover (A).
6. Remove the center facia lower cover (A).
7. Loosen the console mounting screws, remove the floor console upper tray (A).
8. Disconnect the connector (A).
9. Disconnect the floor console main connector (A).
10. Loosen the mounting screws and bolts, remove the console assembly (A).
11. Disconnect the audio cable (A).
12. Installation is the reverse of removal.
NOTE:
- Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
- Replace any damage clips.
[ B Type]
NOTE:
- When prying with a flat-up screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1. Disconnect the console upper cover (A).
2. Disconnect the connectors (A).
3. Remove the console upper cover (A) after turning in the counter clock-wise direction.
4. Remove the console extension side cover (A).
5. Remove the console box cover (A).
6. Remove the center facia lower cover (A).
7. After loosening the console mounting screws, remove the floor console upper tray (A).
8. Disconnect the connector (A).
9. Disconnect the front console main connector (A).
10. After loosening the front console mounting screws and bolts, remove the front console (A).
11. Disconnect the audio cable (A).
12. Installation is the reverse of removal.
NOTE:
- Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
- Replace any damage clips.
Armrest Replacement
1. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the armrest mounting cover (A).
2. Remove the armrest (A) mounting bolts.
3. Remove the console tray (A), then remove armrest (B).
4. Installation is the reverse of removal.
Rear Monitor Replacement
1. Remove the floor console.
2. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the rear air vent (A).
3. Push the hook, disconnect the connector (A).
4. Disconnect the connector (A) and cable clip (B).
5. Loosen the mounting screws, remove the rear monitor (C).
6. Installation is the reverse of removal.
NOTE:
- Replace any damage clips.
Cup Holder Replacement
1. Remove the floor console.
2. Loosen the mounting screws, remove the console tray (A).
3. Loosen the mounting screws, remove the console upper cover (A).
4. Loosen the mounting screws, remove the cup holder (A).
5. Installation is the reverse of removal.
NOTE:
- Replace any damage clips.
Rear Console Assembly Replacement
CAUTION:
- When prying with a flat-up screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
1. Remove the rear seat assembly.
2. Disconnect the connector (A).
3. Remove the cap (B).
4. After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the rear tower console complete assembly (A).
5. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the nozzle assembly (A).
6. After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the rear floor console complete assembly (A).
7. Installation is the reverse of removal.
CAUTION:
- Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
- Replace any damage clips.
